Rang Steve in the morning about a blocked sewerage pipe behind the house and by four pm he had unblocked the drain. He then made sure I understood exactly what work may be required in the future and quoted an approx cost. Prompt service, and at a reasonable price. Keep up the good work Steve and thanks.

Installed a water line for a fridge in the kitchen via the bathroom basin that backed to the wall of the kitchen. They also installed a pressure limiter valve. I found that whist Steve was incredibly busy, he was always able to return my emails/calls and communicate with me through out the process. He was very clean and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend his services to others.

After reading the reviews I thought wow! this is a great person/company. After ringing to speak to Steve I sms my details as requested and was advised he would call me that evening. No call, I rang the next day and then was told he would ring me later that night, no call.
I have now rung other companies and they are coming around to do a quote for work which is worth between $20k - $30k.
I have given up on Steve.

Having been let down by tradesmen in the past, we were blown away by our experience with Steve. He replaced three toilets, and not only was his workmanship first class, he arrived on time. Steve has a very engaging personality, he is very professional, takes pride in his work, answered any questions, even put up with me looking over his should from time to time! He took every care to contain any mess and cleaned up after. He told us he would give us a good deal for doing all three toilets at the same time, and when the invoice arrived, we believe he has done exactly that. Thank you Steve! We would definitely use Steve again and highly recommend him.

Steve fitted a kitchen mixer for me. He came the first time and told me that the mixer i bought was not recommended and advised me to get another model. I did and Steve came again to fit the mixer. I found Steve very professional and friendly and would definitely use again.

Steve came to my house and used his camera to inspect the condition of my sewage and storm water drainage. He tried to unblock the storm water pipe and put the camera to check, he even digged the ground to confirm the condition of my storm water pipe and showed it to me. He is very patient to explain everything to me and gave me the best way to fix it. He cleaned up all the mess after he finished the job. I like him because of his attitute and good customer services.

Konstant Maintenance was engaged when I was notified of a water leak at the club House. After an initial assessment Steve organized for some specialized equipment to detect the exact location of the leak that appeared to be under the kitchen floor tiles. In any event Steve fixed the problem promptly without having to dig into the floor and potentially saved us from additional costs. We had a burst hot water service. Steve came at very short notice and was very friendly and a total professional. His work was top notch and his communication was great. We had our hot water back within hours and are very happy. We have since got Steve in to replace a toilet, and again he was thoroughly professional, came when he promised he would and did a great job.

We moved into a new house and needed odd jobs completed. Steve did them all at no fuss and was a fantastic help. We had to get him around urgently one day in order to finish our air conditioning installation and he was here within one hour. He then came back to finish all the little bits and was then on time.

Steve cam over three times to look at the issue at our property in Nunawading. Spent time under the house checking for leaks and breaks. Then realised the issue near the back door and found away to fix it. Came back a second time to assess the job and the third time replaced the leaking water valve and replaced pipng, all in a most professional manner.
