Steve is always on time. He completes every job to a very high standard and will take the time to explain to us what has been done.

Called them on Wednesday late afternoon and able to come next morning ,had a Mains water Leak ,all the front water pipe had to be replaced.
Wrote a report to Yarra Valley Water as to Problem and remedy .Thus sparing Me alot of pain in excess water bill due to leaking pipe.

Replace a 3m deep collapsed sewage boundary trap. This was a big job. Steve was a total professional in all aspects of the work. The quotes were submitted quickly, he arrived on the day on time fully prepared and worked a solid 13hr day to get us back up and connected again. It was obvious throughout the day that he takes a great deal of pride in the work he does and his business. As well as the great work he's a friendly guy who's very easy to deal with. I will use him again for any plumbing job and would recommend him without hesitation to others.

Absolutely exceptional service. Steve is a very friendly, professional plumber who arrived on time (what a rarity!) worked diligently for over two hours and charged us a very fair price for a tough job. I would definitely recommended this plumber!

Replaced an old, leaking tap in the laundry. Polite and friendly. Offered different suggestions and was flexible to meet my needs. Went out to buy items needed and came back, then stayed back late on a friday to finish the job.

I had a new gas hot water heater fitted. He arrived when he said he would and was very personable, explaining everything about the job. When Steve tested the for gas leaks before commencing work he found that there was a leak somewhere. He quickly found a connector on the stove needed to be tightened and all was good again. He didn't charge for sorting out this leak. He then fitted the water heater and showed how to operate it. Nice job, will use again for future work.

Exceptional service! Steve stepped in when I was let down by some tradespeople just before Christmas. He connected my sink, dishwasher and gas cook top as well as replacing a gas line under the house. He spent most of Christmas Eve doing the work and when one of the old gas fittings needed replacing came back with the part CHRISTMAS MORNING so I would have gas over Christmas.
Steve is the sort of person who wouldn't let you down. I was really impressed with his work ethic.

Fixed a leaking mixer tap in our bathroom. Was available to do the job the next day. Arrived at the time promised. Was polite and pleasant. Worked with care, leaving the area clean and tidy. Made sure we were satisfied with the job before leaving.

We had our refrigerator installed by having a tap put it and then hooking it up to the water service so that we can now use the filtered water and also ice dispenser features on the fridge.
