We had a leak from our toilet on Cup Day eve. Steve came out when no other plumbers would, within an hour also.

Our home is newly built therefore the builder is liable, Steve came out and fixed the leak and didn't charge us until the builder came and inspected. He was very honest, trustworthy and goes out of his way to help. He did a report for us to submit to the builder, he turned this around overnight!

I have had a blocked sink for a while and decided it was time to fix so I jumped on to WOMO and found great reviews on Konstant Plumbing so I gave Steve a call and got him out same day within 3 hours. The work that Steve did was great and within the first hour we had a unblocked draing. It amazed me how Steve explained himself to a novice like me - it actually made me understand why we had the problem and how to make sure we dont get ongoing issues. Pricing was great compared to some other businesses I called. I would strongly recommend Konstant Plumbing to all my friends and family and should I need to get a plumber out again I know who I am calling first. The thing that stood out the most to me was that Steve even cleaned up after himself

We had a blocked drain and toilet would not flush, kitchen sick would not drain, shower would not drain. After a week of other plumbers not even calling us back Steve came the next day, spent 2 hours investiagting and returned the following day to clear the drain. It was not an simple job and took him about 6 hours intotal and he did not stop the whole time. Always came on time, cleaned up and cost was very reasonable. 10/10.

The kitchen people stuffed him around so he had to re-do things, and he had the flu... in spite of it all, Steve managed to get the gas-fitting and plumbing done and my new kitchen works beautifully... thanks Steve!

We had a burst flex hose under one of our bathroom basins. True to form, Steve arrived within the hour, just like he said he would. The next day, the overflow valve on our hot water system wasn't cutting out and was dumping water everywhere, so again Steve responded immediately and arrived within the hour, and replaced the part immediately. Steve also took the trouble to source a replacement flex hose for the bathroom, as we wanted to avoid having to replace the whole mixer tap. All in all, Steve kept our costs down and provided outstanding customer service. He is always a delight to deal with and we will always think of him first when needing any home maintenance done.
