We had a burst flex hose under one of our bathroom basins. True to form, Steve arrived within the hour, just like he said he would. The next day, the overflow valve on our hot water system wasn't cutting out and was dumping water everywhere, so again Steve responded immediately and arrived within the hour, and replaced the part immediately. Steve also took the trouble to source a replacement flex hose for the bathroom, as we wanted to avoid having to replace the whole mixer tap. All in all, Steve kept our costs down and provided outstanding customer service. He is always a delight to deal with and we will always think of him first when needing any home maintenance done.

Having been let down by tradesmen in the past, we were blown away by our experience with Steve. He replaced three toilets, and not only was his workmanship first class, he arrived on time. Steve has a very engaging personality, he is very professional, takes pride in his work, answered any questions, even put up with me looking over his should from time to time! He took every care to contain any mess and cleaned up after. He told us he would give us a good deal for doing all three toilets at the same time, and when the invoice arrived, we believe he has done exactly that. Thank you Steve! We would definitely use Steve again and highly recommend him.
