We had a blocked drain and toilet would not flush, kitchen sick would not drain, shower would not drain. After a week of other plumbers not even calling us back Steve came the next day, spent 2 hours investiagting and returned the following day to clear the drain. It was not an simple job and took him about 6 hours intotal and he did not stop the whole time. Always came on time, cleaned up and cost was very reasonable. 10/10.

I went into Teds Fountain Gate (Vic) store last Friday with the intention of upgrading my SLR from my old one. I am a semi-professional photographer. My experience with the store and staff was disappointing to say the least. The first man I spoke to didn't know anything about Canon as he doesn't use one! The other man knew nothing as it was his first day on the job and a third man obviously knew plenty about Canon but just answered any questions with short, rude and disinterested answers while being more interested in a box being delivered. Never at any time did he show any interest in helping me. Never at any time did any of them actually ask me what I wanted the camera for and what photos I take. So I ended up leaving the store with not having been helped in any way. I ended up spending my $4,700 elsewhere! I'm sure this would have been a sale that the Fountain Gate store doesn't make every day! They need a wakeup call on their customer service or lack thereof.

Flight Centre-Berwick, Vic. We found this agency to be completely imcompetent when attempting to book us on a trip. After discussing at length with us the wonderful experience it would be to cruise Panama and central america as is was 'somewhere different' we discovered that after we had paid she had booked us on the wrong cruise. Left the same day but went to the Carribbean. It was only discovered because I went onto the website to look for our cabin. Upon pointing this out to her she was unapologetic and then told us how much extra it would cost for us to be put on the correct cruise - the one we were supposed to be on all along. We complained to management who never even had the decency to call us back at any time. In the end we asked for our money back and did it ourselves online directly and were then guaranteed we were on the correct trip! I could not believe she looked us in the eye and said that because we had initialed a piece of paper that simply stated the ships name, no destination, no details or itinerary that it was our error. Its not our job! We said book us on Cruise 'A' and we pay and sign on cruise 'A' and she has mistakenly booked us on cruise 'B' and somehow its our fault and we were then treated like dirt. The store manager was unavailable (at a funeral) but never contacted us and then the area manager never bothered to call us either. Terrible service, very unprofessional and as a family who book 2-3 trips a year we will be taking our business elsewhere and telling everyone we know in Berwick not to use Flight Centre.

Yummy pizza that had a lovely woodfired homemade feel and taste. Lovely unusual toppings and gourmet pizza too. Can now eat in or take away! Highly recommended.

Cute little cafe that could be in the city centre. Lovely coffee, the best in Berwick and I have tried them all ! Run by Rob & Karen and staffed by Jade. They always remember your order and have a smile too. Highly recommended !

Always reliably good. Friendly staff, great portion sizes ! Very busy and sometimes too loud & need to book most evenings. Take away good value for money too !
