Ben went the extra mile in making sure I passed my test. He uses very easy techniques to teach and is the only reason I passed my test in a single attempt. My vicroads instructor ended my test early because I broke a rule. She said I failed the test. However, Ben factually explained to her why I had not broken any rules and after discussing with her manager my result was reversed. I had never seen or heard any such stories but I guess Ben is not like every other instructor out there. If I could, I would give him more than 5 stars. Thanks again Ben!
