I am extremely impressed with the service at Twinkle Tots! Jo and Dana made my family and I feel like we have known them for ages and felt well looked after! I was at my wits end after months of research and trying different combinations of infant seats to fit 3 in my car! Buying a new car was soon to become an option (expensively) before I got an unexpected call from Jo who said she had a seat which she believed would be the answer to my problem! She didn't need to call me....she had my phone number from a query I had made days before, but she remembered me and my dilemma and called with an alternative! So 3 infant car seats and a pram later my dilemma was resolved! They were the cheapest and had everything in stock. Everything was resolved in a matter of an hour! I had to visit some other major stockists 3 to 4 times and still walked out confused and more stressed than when I first walked in! Jo and Dana you are a credit to Twinkle Tots and the baby goods industry! I will definitely be back! Thank you again!

A friend of mine recommended this store when I was pregnant with my first. The ladies here are so friendly and helpful..especially since my husband and I didn't know much about what we needed then! They're honest and so will also tell you what you don't need instead of trying to sell you everything. I go back there now every time when I need asomething!

I have been going to twinkle tots since I was pregnant with my first child(just over 5 years ago).The lovely ladies are always so friendly and helpful.They go out of their way to help and make the whole experience of being a new parent less overwhelming.If I ever need anything it's the first place I would go.If you need advice on any products for your new baby or toddler I think Twinkle Tots is a great place to go.

Friendly, genuine & good value. The very helpful staff are very honest & don't try to sell unnecessary items & help you select the most appropriate item for you, not just the must expensive. The prices are as good as anywhere but the service is superior.
