To start with, the customer service I received at Twinkle Tots was exceptional. The ladies knew what they were talking about and were incredibly helpful. What really made my day being there was that they could interpret my 'exhausted, having a bad day, unable to speak coherently' babble and provide exactly what i needed (which was some on the spot pram repairs). I was really impressed. Finally to add, Twinkle Tots is a really lovely store to shop in with beautiful stock and products. Just lovely!

Shop assistants know the products and can give helpful advice. You can go straight to the desk and ask for what you want and they will go and get the various options for you and explain each one. Makes shopping with a baby easy.

The owner was so helpful most of the time, and they had a great playground for kids to give mums peace of mind when shopping

I had purchased a pram that came with a foot cover. Roughly 180 dollars for the foot cover. I had misplaced it while leaving the store. The ladies gave me a free one a few days later. Was suprised they did not charge me. Was very grateful. I also love the selections they have and the price is much cheaper than elsewhere. I have bought almost all my baby stuff here for 3 children.

I had an fantastic customer service experience at this store. I strongly recommend them for the service, quality and value they provide. I say this because when I took our pram in for repairs and washing the fabric shrank and they chased all over Australia for a replacement pram. Which they provided at no charge.

Twinkle Tots are by far the most knowledgeable baby store in Melbourne.

I originally purchased a pram 3 and a half years ago which was unfortunately faulty. It was no longer in stock so they happily guided me again in the purchase of another pram. There was a slight $$ difference. But they told me not to worry. Today i went back as the brakes needed to be replaced. Joanne was lovely....not only did she remember me...but she replaced my whole axle at no charge. Wow!!!!
You don't get this friendly, genuine and attentive service anywhere anymore. I've always recommended them, and always will.
