purchased my beautiful wedding gown , bridesmaids and they even made me a flowergirl to match my dress . Had been to lots of other shops but the girls were great, gave me lots of ideas. My fiance even got all the suits in the same place.

this shop was amazing. They treated me like a princess from stat till end. My dress looked like it was $4000 dollars and cost me $1800. They even had a dress maker to do my fitting in the shop. I recommend all brides to go here, the lady has been in the business for a long time and is very honest. Great shop had a great time there.

I am a friend of the last girl , she told me about Hugs for Brides.I am a woman plus size and I get really embaressed trying bridal gowns on with sales assistants. I also had been to many shops looking for the right dress and treated with no care. Wendy the owner was so nice to me, showed me a dress that suited my body instead of just listening to me she took over and I looked fabulous. Explained everything to me of why the dress looked so good. I am sooo happy, she even came in after hours for me so I felt better.I loved the hole experience. Wendy is very clever with her styling and I didnt feel a bit uncomfortable

Went to 9 bridal shops before I was recommended to go to Hugs for Brides. I am so pleased we found them as every other shop I was treated badly, but at Hugs I felt like a queen.My bridal gown is fabulous, my bridesmaids are fabulous, mums dress is fabulous and even the suits from Hugs were fabulous. The service was excellent. The owner knew her stuff.

I have order my dream dress from Wendy at hugs for brides and I have found the entire experience absolutely fantatasic. The service that I have recieved has been great. I went today to order my bridesmaids dresses which as always, Wendy helped me find perfect dresses for my girls, all of them are different size girls just to add the difficulty. She was also understanding when I was late and took the time to find the perfect dress. It's a shame that all the great reviews that I have heard from people arn't here. I highly recommend Wendy and Hugs for Brides. She's brilliant.

What a horrible experience and really spoiled the day! The sale assistant, who is also the owner, was rude and extremely pushy! The website is absolutely not updated. All the gowns I selected were either discontinued or she didn't know what gown it was. First said that the gown was normally 1600 but would give it to me for 1400 IF I bought it today. Then told me that I had to next Saturday to decide if I paid 100 dollars. Didn't allow me to go through the dresses.
Having said that I'm on a budget, the gowns are cheap and are very pretty. A shame I didn't shop around before buying as I would've saved another 300.

Felt like I was in crazy market. The bridal dress shopping experience should be much better than this! There wasn't much privacy and there were ALOT of people around, and the sales assistant was quite rough & pushy. Nevertheless I didnt come back here to buy my dress. She tried to sell me something and then knocked the price down by the hundreds, and tried to lift the price up again with the sale of a veil. Wasn't too impressed.
