This salon does not have the class nor quality one would expect in south yarra. The hairdresser was like an unsupervised student but completely unsociable, made no conversation, was unkempt, im talking scruffy, threads hanging, mega chipped polish&  gave no apologies for the half hr I had to wait to begin nor whilst she left me to go outside & smoke, feed and have a drink herself she never even offered coffee nor water,she had one song playing on repeat over & over that was so annoying, it was freezing Cold in salon, she was unassisted & constantly leaving me to ans the ph or see what other customers wanted, texting her friends or answering her i-ph, there is
No parking outside & the half head of foils i bought on a voucher she only did a part line -10 foils, without gloves, proceeding to spend minutes wiping her fingers clean between every foil application, had no idea how to section off & did not use sectioning clips on any client. After leaving color on me for an hr & a half when it came to the style cut the voucher included, she claimed my hair did not need trimming took tiny snips here & there so afterwards I still look & feel the need to go elsewhere & get a proper haircut, to top it off after taking up 3 & 1/2hrs of my time i walked out wth hair partly dried with nil styling after being told the voucher did not include blow waving and said she was actually doing me a favor to dry my hair a little so i dont walk out wth it completely wet! Yes just the way you expect to leave a hairdressing salon claiming they are giving you $360 worth!! She informed me they dont even have straightening irons! The voucher was supposed to include a treatment & head massage but u can forget quality hair masque application then being wrapped in plastic or put under a lamp, the reality was something called colour protecting conditioner is put on your hair theres an attempt at massage by pulling it through your hair with no pleasantness whatsoever then immediately washed off splashing water on my face & neckline of my jumper. 
Up until i put a treatment in my hair myself at home a few days later my hair felt like straw afterwards.
The whole purpose to offer group buy vouchers is to get new customers yet who would want to step foot back in this salon is beyond me !!!

I received a gift voucher in august 2010 for a one hour massage ,valid for six months.
There were three addresses available to use it, the city, Glen Iris and box Hill. I live between Glen Iris and Box Hill so was flexible to use it at either of these two venues which are only ten minutes away each in travel time for me. .and why it suited me to have this voucher.
Every time I called for an appointment there was not a time that suited up to xmas as they had staff sick or on hols and they had sold so many vouchers other people were also trying to use them.
I went away in January and tried to make a booking when I returned only to discover not only one but both the suburban clinics had closed down leaving only the city.
I abhor travelling to the city.
I would never attempt driving into town so have to opt for public transport ..uhgg, making the entire relaxation experience stressful and time consuming. When I could arrange half a day free instead of the hour and a half I expected to only have to allow, I phoned for an appointment and they had plenty of times available ,but I discovered my voucher had expired two days earlier.
I expected for the inconvenience and false advertising of locations close to my home ..changed at their end ..that this company would still honour the voucher however they claimed they would honour it only if I paid another $15!!!!
My feeling is if they are that money hungry and obviously closing down two other premises in quick succession that they couldn't afford to keep running even just for the six months they sold vouchers valid for, they can't be good enough at what they do to keep them busy.
I will never be a customer of this company that has such poor policies.

I wish this salon was closer to where I live coz I would be a regular. I had a do to go to and needed waxing done close to where I was working in brunswick. I have very sensitive skin and found a review on womow and went to this salon for the first time and was extremely impressed, clean hygenic environment with skilled girls in fact the lady i had has been established for 25 years!! The latest technologies and i will be returning.

they advertise in the local paper Knox Leader 5 rooms for $50. I have a four roomed unit so asked to have a small rug as the fifth room but they charged me $10 extra. Then when i asked for a receipt they charged me 10 % extra !!!!! But more importantly the carpets are not clean, ash from a cold knocked over ashtray, muddy footprints, coffee spill which should have easily come out are stll there, he put nothing in the machine with the water to clean, took him 15mins all up and missed lots of areas. EXTREME POOR SERVICE and a RIP OFF>and the guy was creepy and asked me inappropriate questions!

Staff barely able to speak english. Had no idea about their bluetooth products, were staffed by only one person despite five customers crowded around waiting to enquire ab out a product. Staff phoned manager for me and she refused to come on the phone to answer my question that the staff could not even explain to her. Disgusting lack of customer service!

Even though they are called Tee shirt graphics this company does complete artwork for anything. apart from t-shirts and tea towels these guys will put a slogan or photo on cups and badges, the more you get done the cheaper they become per item.

Blocked sewerage and he came to me at 8pm at night and said he answers his calls 24 hours per day 7 days per week. He was very reasonable priced, no worries attitude.

The quality of the photos are exceptional and suitable for years to come without fading or deterioation...ie archival quality. Debs work is of a very high standard. not your everyday photographer. Can see her work at her studio located on the corner of Richardson st North Carlton.

This corner place is only identified by a huge sign VANS and a yard full of white one tonne vans for sale and service. The great thing this car yard boasts is the best and most honest mechanic ever called Jimmy. I followed him from Caltex cnr of Huntingdale rd and Highbury rds. He charges the lowest price around and does the very best service on any
ake or model vehicle despite this being a van specialist garage.

Taxation filed. Claimed for me more than i expected and found a few loopholes i didn'r know about...very thorough.
