Very poor finish on Timber floors, job rushed wanted payment up front,
Orange peel effect through floors, new Timbers stand out big time he said we wouldn’t notice them when finished

shocking job cleaning carpet. left keys for the guy as we werent home perhaps we should have stayed and supervised. Nothing was broken or miising but carpet was not cleaned very well, they didnt go to edges of rooms and missed patches, it didnt smell like it had been cleaned and stains were not removed..very disappointing

Booked for carpet clean. they also do floor polishing. WORST carpet clean EVER. Had to get another company to re-clean them. They got no simple stains out. They overcharged me, tried to rip me off further. Untrustworthy man seemed to be casing the joint too so be AWARE.

they advertise in the local paper Knox Leader 5 rooms for $50. I have a four roomed unit so asked to have a small rug as the fifth room but they charged me $10 extra. Then when i asked for a receipt they charged me 10 % extra !!!!! But more importantly the carpets are not clean, ash from a cold knocked over ashtray, muddy footprints, coffee spill which should have easily come out are stll there, he put nothing in the machine with the water to clean, took him 15mins all up and missed lots of areas. EXTREME POOR SERVICE and a RIP OFF>and the guy was creepy and asked me inappropriate questions!
