Imagine your worst nightmare and then multiply it by infinity and you still won't get close! (this is no exaggeration!) I felt bad in even giving them 1 solitary star because that would imply that they do have some service but the reality is they do not even begin to understand the slightest notion of the concept of customer service! These deluded fools seem to think that they can run a business without even having a phone line! The 1300 number is an answering service run by a third party who supposedly pass on your message to who knows - the reality is you get totally ignored for several days (not just hours) and then when you're at the end of your tether and have totally lost it, then you get a generic email that doesn't answer or address the issue. If you value peace of mind then steer well clear of these shonky shysters!!

This company is fantastic for those sending and receiving to/from the Asia Pacific. They do handle other countries (through affiliated companies) but their expertise and speed of service is exceptional in the Asia Pacific region. Their rates are much better than the traditional bigger international courier companies and they also have on line services such as booking or tracing a delivery on their website. They now also have offices in Melbourne and Brisbane as well.

The Level One Carvery & Grill always have something special to choose from at fantastic prices. This is high quality and excellent value compared to other such venues. This is the home of the Sydney Roosters and you do actually bump into some of the players! What makes the Easts Leagues Club stand out from all others is their wonderful staff who really represent the very best in customer service. They warmly greet regulars by name and are so attentive and helpful. Complimentary (non-alcoholic) drinks are offered for those playing the pokies and the club has a very convenient courtesy bus for patrons in the local area. There's always a competition or something else happening at the club giving you many reasons to visit quite frequently.

In what is a very competitive field, Century Couriers not only have unbeatable rates but excellent turnaround time on deliveries. Their booking online system is easy to use and allows you to see the status of your bookings. They have 3 levels of service: Standard, VIP and Premium and a variety of vehicles depending on the goods being sent.

This is an Indian restaurant with a difference in that it has a very authentic Mauritian flavour and theme. Although located in Double Bay, the menu represents excellent value, given the very high standard of cuisine offered. Bukhara has a well stocked bar with a good selection of wines, beers and spirits. The menu has many varied Indian and Mauritian dishes to select from but the "Chef Degustation" is highly recommended for first time diners as it is a great introduction to their cuisine and well worth the price. The gorgeous (and very handsome) Mauritian waiters ensure that your dining experience is one that you will be raving to all about and definitely make you want to return many times again. Bookings in advance are recommended on special nights such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day etc as they are quite popular. The restaurant also offers a home delivery service for the local eastern suburbs area.

For all those like me who have a fear of dentists, this is the place to go! Dr Kwong (Davina) has an amazing ability to calmly do her job and put you at ease. The setup is very modern and you can even watch your favourite DVD's while getting your checkup done! The practice offers a fantastic tooth whitening treatment and their price is definitely the very best I've seen in the Eastern Suburbs (the result is incredible - really worth it!) You can also claim directly from your health fund which saves you the trouble of having to claim later. Late hours on Monday evenings and Saturday appointments makes it very convenient for 9-5'ers like me.

For authentic Italian style thin base pizza and great pasta, this is the best! Pizzas come in medium or large and the takeaway pasta is a very generous portion. (The bolognaise is my favourite). You can pick up or have it delivered (locally) for just $2.50 extra. Great menu choice and they also have real Italian gelato to top it all off (the Ferrero Rocher flavour is incredible!)

Over the past few years, I have booked my overseas holidays with them. Being affiliated with American Express Travel Services gives them some very special package deals. More importantly, their staff have first hand knowledge and experience with many destinations and this is very helpful in making the vacation so much better. They are open on Saturday mornings so you can check out different options without the time pressures of work etc.
