Had an automatic transmission rebuild here. Mechanics got to the root of the problem and installed an oil cooler. The job and reasons for fault were explained in the workshop. The car has run faultlessly for 18 months since. Highly recommend this place for a transmission repair.... worth the trip from Perth.

I purchased a used 4wd drive and was also sold an extended warranty for $900. The vehicle was excellent but unfortunately the automatic transmission computer chip packed up resulting in the need to recondition the whole transmission. The dealership billed me $5500 for this, but to my surprise the drive train warranty only covered $3000 ; a net $2500 to me. Having the itemised bill I priced the job at a Kewdale auto shop at $2200. What a rip off!. Never buy a extended warranty from this dealer group. And how dishonest were they in the charges - when I know they outsourced the job, as I came in to get something out the car while they were repairing - but the car was not there.

I bought a brand perfect new car from this dealership and took delivery. Later on on examining the warranty book, it had "Hail damaged" stamped all over it; therefore restricting the warranty. None of this was mentioned when I purchased the car. Yet again I duped by the car saleswoman.
