Shaun did such a wonderful job with our very old carpets. He made them look brand new. He was very prompt with his attendance. We did not have to wait around like some previous cleaners have made us do. Actually he was 15 minutes early. The communication with Shaun leading up to the job was very efficient. He would reply to my emails and texts within an hour. Would highly recommend him and would happily have Shaun come back and do the carpets again however owing to the great job he did, it may not be for a while.
