Last year I did the 5 day "The Better Body" program with Gab and I loved it! Apart from the fact that I didn't need to decide what to make for dinner the meals were simple and delicious and the wealth of information she gave us was fantastic.

I was also lucky enough to win a consult with Gab and she was so generous with her time and insight. From there Gab created an amazing recipe book tailored to my requirements while also keeping in mind my kids tastes.

It has been a few months now and I have listened to Gab's advise and cut out many things and it has made such a difference. I have Multiple Sclerosis and I 100% believe that changing my diet along with a few other tweaks to my lifestyle and mindset have helped improve most of my symptoms.
