Surfers Rent A Car is the best value for money I have seen anywhere and I have been everywhere. The customer service was excellent. They have a wide range of vehicles to just about everyone and the vehicles are in spotless condition. The online booking service was flawless and the rental procedure was easy and straightforward. There were no hidden costs so what was quoted is what you pay. The free airport pickup and drop off was very convenient. I shall certainly use Surfers Rent A Car again when I return to the Gold Coast. #1 for service, value for money and quality. Thank you.

I found out about this Company in the NZ Automobile magazine. From our first emailed enquiry to returning the car three weeks later, after needing to extend the hire period twice we found communication with Daniel and his staff an absolute pleasure. The car was immaculate and easy to drive and their rate was very reasonable. We were collected from and later returned to the Brisbane Airport. without any delay so not having a booth at the airport was not a problem. Their excess charge which thankfully was not necessary is upfront with no hidden extras. We will certainly use this Company again as their ethics reflect in their very competent service. Thank you. Great car and good service. The only thing (and it wasn't really a problem) was we didn't get our GPS that was offered. We were picked up from the airport and they made it easy for us to get back to the airport. We'd definitely use Surfers Rent a Car again.

I was so happy with this company as they accepted my provisional driver license and great customer service with clean and nice cars. The price was great(no bond) and they also provided me GPS and airport pick-up service for free which are convenience for customers.
