We visited the Gold Coast and had the whole family including grandparents and baby so I was very conscious of getting it right and these guys did. Not only did they confirm by e-mail, they the cheapest by at least 15%, Daniel had all the paperwork ready for me to simply sign, he picked me up at arrivals, witnessed my drivers licence and I drove away. To my amazement, he was also there to greet me when I returned the car and dropped me off at the airport. Now that is the kind of personalised service you don't get from the big guys. We would recommend Surfers Rent a Car anytime.

Stressless, appreciated being picked up - important when you are without a car, a family business and were friendly to deal with and very helpful, cost effective as well, they went the extra klm by dropping me to my auto repair destination. I would definitely use their service again if needed in the future.
