I spoke to these people at Origin to say i am moving out. I was charged $48.40. It is called a "Meter reading fee". Is this my unluckiest day. I am not happy with this at all. Who does this sort of thing. It's crazy.

i have found that this company is pathetic as in september i moved out of one address then connected at another only to be sent a sencond ac today for my first address but i had not been there for more than near two months so i will be changing accounts they are pathetic

my parents used this buisness and 2 youars ago the gas had brocken and started leaking they are now asking for over 1000 dollars although it was not my parents fault they ring every day and threten to cut the gas hey have stayed because they havent found time to change i would not go with these if you can help it

We are not customers of Origin but saw their advert online about installing grid connect solar. We applied and even though we are not their customers (we use Dodo power and Gas) they told us when it would be installed and connected and they were true to their word, all this and 2 years no interst terms as well. Cannot fault them

i have found origion to be very competative and when we moved into our new house they were very quick to connect for us

I have been happy with origin energy, we have a deal where we get a months free electricity after 12 months which is something to look forward to!

Origin are a joke.
1st - They cutoff my gas supply with NO NOTICE for maintenance work. Then the workers advised my partner would have to wait home and take the day off work for them to connect it - Then they didn't even do anything that day, meaning she took the day off for nothing.
Now today, I get up to realize I cant get my car out because they've dug up my driveway (2 weeks later), again, with no notice!
Are you for real Origin!

After switching from AGL these guys were absolutely great!! their service is so much better - but not perfect, just as expected. People are kind and polite and listen to what you want.

Fantastic customer service. Power was turned on as stated. So far I am happy with the product though I have not given it the best rating as I am waiting for my first quarterly statement to determine overall rating.

These guys offer genuine green electricity, unlike some other providers who only say they do. They have a great rating from the Green Electricity Watch comprising Australia's leading environmental groups, and their service has been excellent.
