AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Lockstar Locksmiths cancelled the first job on me last week, said he had to go camping. Then cancels the job again, makes up a story that he had a diabetic episode and has to go to hospital. Fine, gave him the benefit of the doubt. He turns up today, quotes COMPLETELY different prices, keeps adding on extras stating 'you'll have one key for everything.' I said "I don't care about having one key, just do the doors for the price you quoted me for." He took off all the locks, quoted me an even higher price - I told him again, let's just stick to what we decided. Thankfully I have the electrician with me who he can't fool. The final straw was him jamming one of the locks deliberately that was working this morning, which we questioned him on innocently. He then throws a tantrum once he realizes we're onto him, says he's not going to continue the job or put the locks back that he's already taken out and "good luck with that" as he's walking out. He has taken some of my lock parts with him which has left us stuck. I confront him about his unprofessional behaviour as he's walking out and he screams "(expletive) Indians" as he slams the gate and leaves. I truly fear for anyone who employs this man. This has never happened to me ever and I'm truly disgusted

I called Lockstar based on the good reviews I had read online and my experience matched those reviews. I rang to get my door locks re-keyed alike and Joseph was able to come the next day. He was running a bit late because of traffic but sent me 2 texts to let me know his progress. He was friendly and professional and made some helpful suggestions regarding replacing my old deadlocks and improving the security of my doors. He was able to do all the work there and then and didn't seem rushed. He made sure everything was working as it should before he left. I would definitely recommend him and I'll use Lockstar again.

Installed a deadlock myself, got most of the installation correct except the bit that made it work! Joseph arrived on time, fixed the issue, re-keyed security door to new front deadlock key. Very happy. Good Value

Early Feb I got locked outside of my car, I called RACV they said a 2 hour wait. I couldn't wait that long, so i called LOCKSTAR LOCK SMITHS which I found online. Within 20min of the call my car was unlocked. Excellent service, quick and great value!
Had all my dead locks changed on my holiday house as they were rusted through. Very efficient and quick to change all of locks and get keys cut. Incredibly informative and friendly. Cheaper than I expected
My door lock got gamed. Joseph came over and fixed it. Very happy with the service and the price.
