When I received your text with a picture of his top looking like brand new, I couldn't believe my eyes! What an amazing effort and excellent customer service.

Friendly service & professional! These guys are great. They were even able to get the stain out of my favourite dress that my original dry cleaner couldn't! If you're in the area, you won't be disappointed. If you're not in the area, it's worth the trip!

Train tracks were steamed/ironed into the pant legs of my husbands suit and he'd only noticed whilst driving to a meeting, otherwise he would've changed. Not life threatening, but I took the suit back to Immaculate the day later, they had just cleaned and pressed the suit 2 days earlier. Showed them the pants, stated I wasn't satisfied with their previous pressing and this time, could they ensure it doesn't happen and as I didnt receive the service I paid for earlier in the week, would they compensate with a refund of at the very least, a discount. The pants looked terrible and it was not a professional job. I was told, "sometimes it happens and we're not a market here, you can't barter prices". My reply.. "You're not professionals either!"
I wont be returning, that was my 2nd experience there, and Customer Service is appauling.
