The body of information you get from Steve's body scan alone is incredibly insightful and detailed, but combined with the man himself and his own depth of knowledge, personally, I think the whole experience is priceless for anyone trying to get a serious grasp on their fitness ambitions, which is what I've now done because of the data Steve was able to provide me. Could not recommend enough.
