Recently had a water pipe start leaking under the front of our house which had became bad very quickly without us even knowing it, resulting in an exhorbitant bill which was picked up by icon water in a meter reading and made known to us, I immediately contacted Anthony and he organised to be there the next morning at 7:30am - He arrived precisely on time, proceeded to resolve the leak which involved complex tracing back under a driveway slab, he had all the required concrete cutting tools, jack hammers and pipe location tools meaning we didn’t have to wait days without water to see the issue resolved. He confidently traced the issue and replaced the damaged section of pipe. At the same time he replaced a malfunctioning pressure reduction valve, rerouted water lines, replaced an outdoor tap he noticed wasn’t working and reported a gas leak for fixing which we hadn’t even noticed. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. We now have no leaks, fabulous water pressure and peace of mind.
