Rouna Blinds was recommended by family and I knew quality would be good. Disappointed with customer service experience. Order was delayed when it was placed in 'wrong' location after measurements taken and was only corrected when I was called for payment despite not yet receiving blinds. About 4 weeks till installed. My request for reverse hung roller blinds was not completed. This was corrected by installer, but putting blinds up and down is difficult because it is the wrong way. Blinds look very good and quality was as expected. Would still recommend
