My immediate impression was that they were both professional and friendly. Mario and Maryanne took the time to explain the chemical free products being used to clean our carpets. The beautiful natural fragrance of rosemary and tea tree filled the the house as they cleaned each room. The end result: sensational! Our house was left smelling so fresh and our carpets now look brand new; not a mark in sight! It feels so good knowing I have no harmful chemicals in the carpets and it is safe for my family and I.
