We really appreciate Serendipity's classy albums and dramatic and expressive photography. We are very happy with the results from our day, the photographs look just as good as we had imagined, even though it was super cold and wet. Julian is a fantastic photographer, able to inspire us to keep going, and always finding the best angles. His ability with lighting is legendary.. he uses flash so well to create atmosphere in the streets at night and in our hotel. All our guests made appreciative comments about his hard work and enthusiasm.

Approximate cost: $med to high but a lot of stuff

We were very happy with the service, brilliant staff, very courteous, knowledgeable. We were very happy with the gorgeous surroundings and wonderful room. We felt very special to be there on our first night. The Langham also upgraded our room for us free of charge for our wedding night. Thanks, Mark and Chrisha!
