Wouldn't use them again. Their receptionist, Lana, was unhelpful, belittling and clearly thinks using the terms and conditions line is ideal customer service skills to justify the company's uncertainty of pick-up times when it is already late. Still waiting to hear back from the office manager... Booking via Book A Bin was a breeze, and no complaints on the drop off. Massive disappointment when companies have people like Lana as front line service.

Chase fit me in with 7 hours notice!! Wow is an understatement! He’s easy to talk to, smart and provided quick and quality service. It’s refreshing to experience customer service, and generally speaking, people like Chase. I would definitely use his company again and I 110% recommend him if you’re looking!!
