Dr Baker and the receptionists and the dental nurses all put me, and my teenage son, who was rather apprehensive,completely at ease.I received a phone call to confirm the appointments each time on the day before. Time is taken to explain everything to you,and you are not made to feel guilty or neglectful over anything you have/haven't done.
