I purchased treatments at Skin First Brighton Le Sands location and pre-paid for them. Without warning, it closed down and now only the Bondi location is open - this is an inconvenience for me to get to. The staff offered me a refund and so, I found a new clinic to go to. I have been chasing up a refund from Skin first for 6+ weeks with no response from management or the owner 'James'.
