We have had Fairy Ema out 3 years in a row now as she is simply amazing! As parents we get to sit back and enjoy the fun whilst Ema keeps the kids entertained. From face painting, to games, to magic tricks, she even brings the party bags! The kids faces light up when they see her and she has their heart from that moment forward! See you next June Em!

We have been signed up with hydrogreen lawn care for over 18 months now with the bi monthly lawn care program. It was brand new lawn (empire zoyzia) which was perfect. We now have a lawn that is completely brown. After about 6 months we were hit with lawn grubs. They wiped out our lawn. we called and unfortunately no one was available to come out for a few days to treat them as we watched the damage spread from boarder to boarder. We then got hit with rust disease. They have arranged for specialists to come out and look at it and take samples who have assured us the soil quality is great and it is on track to repair itself but may take several months. The only thing green and growing are all the weeds. In the meantime we are expected to continue paying. Not sure what part of the service warranty this comes under as we were initially told not to worry and they would continue treatments for free until the lawn was restored to its initial condition. The local rep has been lovely to deal with however unfortunately the head office have told him he needs to start charging us again. We have written to head office twice now and sadly receive no reply. Happy if anyone wants photos, we are shocked.
