They make each visit very personal and ensure that you will get the most satisfaction from your glasses. I went in there once to select some frames and left with something that was completely different from my original expectations but was something which really suited my face and my personality. If the staff hadn't cared about the final outcome I would have come away with something far more ordinary. They cared and they advised and I was really pleased with the outcome.
