I have never had worse service than I received from this business. Delivery was very late, and when I emailed to enquire I got a form letter in reply. I emailed twice more to enquire and got almost exactly the same wording. Finally I called them only to have the rudest person imaginable on the other end of the line. He continuously talked over me and kept repeating the size of the clothing that I ordered to the point where I had to raise my voice to ask him to be quiet and listen to me. Eventually I sent a complaint email and - prepare to be amazed - I was miraculously sent an email that afternoon advising me that my goods were on their way. I received them two days later. Not surprisingly I never received an answer from my complaint email. Dreadful service. The goods are ok, but I don't see how they are any different from what you buy in the shops... only more expensive on this occasion.

We recently adopted a new puppy, having never had a dog before. Small Friends were exceptionally helpful in every way. From the website, to the receptionist, nurse and vets, there are so many ways to access helpful information for a novice like me. I was really pleased with how caring all of the staff were and MORE than happy with how they didn't push products onto me. They were certainly happy to recommend products, but never had a sales pitch which I really appreciated. A lovely, friendly place to take your new "small friend".

As a woman with little to no mechanical knowledge, I'm often nervous of whether mechanics are being honest with me. With Paul Whyte Automotive though I felt completely trusting of their advice. They really took the time to find the real problem with my car. Their prices are really competitive, but the best part of this business is their service. They kept me updated, were polite and took the time to actually explain what was wrong with the car.

Needing to get a car ready for sale, we went to Kims Car Detailing. I have never seen such an amazing job. The car truly looks brand new. The price was reasonable - especially for the exceptional work. The service was professional, friendly and respectful. I cannot recommend Kims Car Detailing enough. Absolutely brilliant.

Dreadful service coupled with high prices and revolting food! Yes, the serves are massive, but the food is so awful that it makes one feel terrible about the wastage. Such great potential but three awful experiences later... I will never ever(!) go back

The staff are always happy to direct you to the right place, the prices are good and there's always a carpark out the front. What more could you ask for in a local shop??

As a family of six, this business USED to be one of our favourite cafes. The last 4 times I've been there though, it's just been getting steadily worse. We went yesterday as a school holiday treat and the ONLY thing nice about the whole experience was the lady who took our order. The tables were filthy and no one came to take away the old plates from a previous customer, the waitresses were very rude and the food was absolutely revolting. Not one of us ate our whole meal. It was just a very big waste of money and so very disappointing.

Great little shop to get school uniforms or fancy Asian style kids outfits. A real family owned and run shop that gives that lovely personal service that makes us go back time and again.

Brumbys is by far the best bakery in the Gungahlin area. The staff are knowledgeable and nice, plus you can get a loyalty card. My favourite part though is the free bread rolls - 1 free for every 6, you have to be happy with that!

We took our two new kittens to be desexed and vaccinated and I couldn't fault ANYTHING at this amazing vets. It was recommended to us from the rescue organisation that we adopted the kittens through as they do almost all their work through them. The staff are lovely: kind, caring and most of all FULL of helpful information. An excellent vet.
