Thanks Bernie from Coldflow. Bernie offered a free in home consultation, and he spent over 2 hours explaining all the option of evaporative cooling and refrigerated heating and cooling. We decided to go with refrigerated heating and cooling as we could heat and cool via the same outlets. Coldflow worked with our builder during construction, and the tradesmen (Daniel) was very helpful and accomodating to our tight underfloor structure. All installed now and works better that salesmen promised - which was a nice change in not over promising. Overall good experience and would recommend again, as they simple know more and have better tradesmen than what I have previously experienced.

If I was the owner of this company I would be extremely disappointed in the staff. We asked for a meal (Chicken salad) and had a special requirement, and the chef would simply not make for us (which wasn't even a big ask), or would not even entertain any other suggestions and even refused to make any changed to the meal; even the waiter thought the chef should was totally unprofessional, and offered to give our money back. We are patient people, however we were highly offended at the treatment and service offering at this establishment. Recommend going do a little further to maling road, far better quality meals and service.

Owner really cares about the quality delivered, even though staff may change from time to time. The food is of the standard that you would expect in Canterbury. Overall worth visiting.
