Like many of the reviews here I've had some great experiences with Internode in the past, however I Just recently moved and applied to Internode for my internet connection. I don't know how but they said I had a fiber connection that doesn't exist. I was skeptical but I was assured that if the connection didn't go through I wouldn't have to pay anything so I gave it a chance.

After a week of no communication from Internode other than to say the phone service was connected I called them for an update. Somewhere along the line they realised that fiber wasn't available and the application had simply stop there. So, they said they would get in touch with their sales department and that they would call me back. After hearing nothing I called them again, and after have the exact same conversion as before I was told they'd call me back. No such luck.

I canceled today and was told I'd have to pay a cancelaction fee and two months of line rental regardless of what I was told before despite being given the run around and wasting my time repeatedly.

I will no longer be using or recommending Internode again.
