I am also deeply grateful for how easy and pleasant you have made the process - from the initial consultation to the final inspection yesterday, everything has been done so thoughtfully and expertly - if I’d known it was this doable and the result so great, I would have done it years ago!

Please do pass on my thanks to your team too. Chris has been a fantastic project manager, sending me exciting updates and making everything go seamlessly. The electricians, plumbers, painter, tilers and any other trade that I don’t even know contributed, have done such great work and I can see why you engage them….

And to top it all off, you give me a lovely gift, which I can’t think how I have deserved, but will enjoy greatly.
