Repair of a 25 year old Stadt heating unit. Excel Servicing was outstanding. It is rare to get this kind of attention to detail, punctuality, courtesy and all-round good workmanship these days. He rang to say he was coming, he came when he said he would, he worked until the job was done, and the machine has worked perfectly ever since. And the price was right.

Very good food, but small serves and very slow service. That said, I'd prefer smaller portions of good food than large portions of bad food, and the food here is very good. If they lift their game in service and increase the portions they will do very well.

Best restaurant in Chelsea, and probably one of the best on the peninsula. Courteous, friendly, excellent food of consistent quality, nice ambience.

I stupidly made a service call for a tap that was not delivering hot water (the tap below the sink was not turned on!). Dr Mick arrived early, rang before he came, was courteous, and did not treat me like the complete Dill that I am. He charged me nothing. This kind of service is rare in this day and age and I'd recommend them without hesitation.
