First time I went to Frank Rocca was as a child with dad in the early 70s. I've been away from Australia since 1996, but when I arrived and got out of quarantine a week ago, I needed clothes. When I saw the shop was still there I went in and Frank together with his wife Clara looked after me. The service us second to none and the clothes are spot on. Do not hesitate to try them.

I purchased a beautiful shirt for my husband in this store yesterday and was served by Frank. The experience was amazing - the service was exceptional but Frank is so down to earth. We had a lovely chat about life, family and shirts!! I will definitely return to this store for the warmth, honest service and good conversation. Thanks Frank xx

I just wish I had stepped inside this wonderful store years ago instead of admiring from out front. Clara and Frank are true professionals and not only offer a range of quality menswear but excellent advice and service. This is now my prime destination for my clothing needs. They replaced a pair of suit trousers without question, even when the manufacturer refused to do anything.

This place has been one of our best finds ever. Clara and Frank are 2 of the nicest people you'll ever meet. You can tell that they're in it because it makes them happy to help people look great. They fitted my man (who was not a keen shopper prior to this experience) in the most gorgeous suit, tie, shirt and handkerchief. Being in this shop made actually transformed his view of shopping for men's clothing. He can't stop bragging about the Roccas and neither can I. They're adorable, lovely, stylish people with beautiful quality and unique menswear at affordable prices. This place is a real gem.

As my grandmother past away in Amsterdam I needed a good suit and quick, I had 2 days before my plane would leave. I went in to the shop and asked for a little advice. They helped me pick a great outfit all together. The pantaloon needed to be fitted, but even that wasn't a problem. They fixed it over night and i could pick it up the next morning.
A mix of emotions.
Sadness, grieve, a little bit of joy at the same time (yet happy to see my family again after a year).
When the family came together my uncle walked straight by me. Later on I walked up to him and he said "I'm so sorry, I just didn't recognized you, dressed in a suit that well". I had a couple other great comments on my outfit as well. Which makes me feel great, to know that she could see me like that for the last time.
I just wanted to thank Clara and Frank again for helping me picking the right suit for my final respect to my grandmother and for the mental support. No “sale-dogs” but just 2 honest and respectful people.

My son and I attended the Frank Rocca menswear store looking to buy a suit for my son as he has a formal function to attend. We were approached by Clara being the wife of Frank. Clara was very polite and went out of her way to assist. My son being a teenager I was concerned he would have to try on many clothes and then get fed up. But to our surprise the first suit he tried he fell in love with. Clara chose a beautiful pink shirt, matching tie and cufflings. My son looked like a million dollars as I could see the excitment and happiness in his face. Clara was very honest and chose the appropriate clothing to suit a young man. I can honestly say both Clara and Frank are wonderful people and I have no hesitation shopping there again. Thanks Guys.

I'm concerned that the item I'm purchasing may not be right for me - I'm wanting to check with my style consultant (girlfriend) and ask Frank if that's alright.

He says its not a problem. If I don't want it, he'll provide a full refund. My mind's at ease.

We then start a conversation about the history of his store, then on to topical issues. It didn't take long for us to talk about whats really important in life and to us. So refreshing to have an honest conversation with a stranger - although I'd be happy to call Frank a friend.

Never have I left a store feeling more satisfied with a purchase - and I hate shopping at the best of times.

The quality of the clothing is also fantastic and terrific value for money.
