Extremely prompt. Friendly. Unlocked my car and my front door within the space of a very bad week and both within moments. I wouldn't go to any other service.

We ordered 2 BLTs (14.50 each) a bacon sandwich (somehwere around $8) and a egg and soldiers ($6.50). The coffee was exceptional, however the three story BLT was difficult to eat, the bread seemed day old and was the plain square variety you get at IGA. It was definitely nothing special. The bacon sandwich was for a child (I made this clear) however even if it were an adult serve, it was nothing more than the same terrible bread, butter and bacon. The egg was perfect but this was for a two year old who couldn't care less. @$58 dollars for two adult and two children under 4 I was less than impressed. It also took twenty minutes minimum.

Fourth time I have used Steve's service. The quality still remains high. I only have couches to be cleaned and despite this small job he does a great job each time. Also very flexible with times.

This is an excellent massage service. The staff are fantastically trained and attentive. I absolutely recommend this service to anyone.

There are a few Natskin's around and I have been to this and another. They are decent but I haven't found them to be particularly special in any way. I'm not very keen on people trying to sell me other products and I got the impression that they were trying to do this. All round reasonable service.

There appears to be only 2 or 3 staff which is good in that you can stick with a favourite. I don't go there often because I go to Beauty of Rose however when I have been there I have been impressed with the service provided. I'm quite particular about my eyebrows and they do a great job every time.

BOR seem to hire a lot of new staff but most seem to be very competent. I do think some of the treatments are too expensive, that said, they are very enjoyable. I live in Reservoir but i go to BOR to have my waxing done. Wouldn't trust anyone else.

I like to experiment with my hair. I'm not shy with colour or new styles. Tony and Tina's provide a broad service catering to the blue rinse set (main clientele), to reservoir Newbie's like myself. Faye in particular is an awesome Hairdresser who listens and provides good advice. I absolutely recommend them to all Reservoirians.

I purchased a custom fireplace mantle. On first contact with a salesperson, I was extremely happy. Despite the troublesome nature of our fireplace measurements, his advice and patience was excellent. On collection, once home we found some damage to the mantle. Though myself and the business manager disagreed about where the damage occurred he went out of his way to rectify the situation and provided incredibly prompt service. I would absolutely recommend Agnews to any body. The mantle is beautiful and worth every penny.
