A very good local lunch cafe, they make great sandwiches , they have a BBQ day once a week, on another day they have a sausage day. They know people's names and also they remember how you like your coffee and that is very important.

Have used this salon for a number of years, They are very professional, friendly & helpful people and know what they are doing. Very accomadating to your needs & comfort of the cutomer and thier follow up.

Have had a lot of work done by this Plumber his work is excellent very reliable, always on time, clean in appearance his work van is spotless.
When he has not been able to do the work he organised another plumber for me.
You don't get this kind of service very often

Service at lunch time is very slow, only 1 person in the ladies fashion. Phone was ringing anothe sales lady came from another counter picked up the phone and said hang on, the other sales assistance was run off her feet, and all the other assistant wanted to do was just go back to her counter and keep chanting with a college

Had a problem a few weeks ago with the sewage, from the moment that I made a phone call to the service department, the receptionist was very helpfull and friendly.The time frame that was given for some one to come was spot on, the first service gentleman was great he organized for another to come with a big machine, that again was handle very professional, the second gentleman came and said that the problem was in the park and that he will pass all this to the main office and not for me to worry about, and that the pipes will have to be replaced. He also washed all the court yard for us, they were just brilliant

From the moment that you phone AAMI and speak with a person without having to go through voice messages the service is impecable. If you where after a quote again the person on the other end was friendly and knew the answers to the questions they where beening asked. Claims department was excellent very helpful and the service was prompt, and the follow up with the claims was brilliant.

I went their in February this year for a very special occassion it turned out to be a nightmare. The service when it came they could not get it right, I had orderd quail for an entree, when it arrived it was raw, by the time a waiter came to our request my partner had already finished his entree, I was told they could get me another one, but as I had pointed my partner had already finished his. I also had ordered a steak for a main, I again asked the waiter if they can cook the steak well done, and was asured that is OK. when it arrived the steak was just about blue, again I waited for the waiter and explained the reason that I could not eat this, as I had requested a well done steak. Again I was asked if I wanted to wait and other will be done. I had to go through the same process as before that my partner had finished his meal, and I did not wwant to be having dinner on my own. Mr Grossi came to the table and asked what the problem was, he suggested another meal, again I had to same the same to him. I was told by him, would I like a free cup of coffee as their was no way I was going to be pleased. I have been going to the best fine dining restaurants for years, but I have never experienced anything like that in my life.

I go there every week to get my hair done. Marie is excellent hairdresser knows what she is talking about. The staff are all very friendly.

Rockpool not only exceeded any expectation we might have had, the food was exceptional the service was excellent. The professionalism that they displayed was unforgetable. Have been there twice for birthdays.
