Absolutely fantastic service. Not pushy, Glen really knew his product and asked lots of questions so he understood what would best fit my needs. He didn't oversell.
He told me the warehouse would ring me at 8.30 to arrange delivery the next day and they did. Warehouse told me they would ring me on the designated morning to tell me - within an hour, when they would arrive. They did!
They told me they'd be here between 10 and 11 - they were! 10.15 to be exact.
They took away the old equipment, cleaned the area, installed the new equipment, showed me the basics of how to run the equipment. They were polite, competent, hard working. I can't fault them!!
ND!! If I find, within 20 days (I think) that I could've got the equipment cheaper elsewhere, they will refund the difference immediately. I doubt that I will but........

There may be another Bakery as good but I promise you there is not one better!

First of all, Bob is an excellent driver. I felt safe and comfortable every inch of the way.
Bob wanted to ensure that I saw all the things that I wanted to see and he made excellent suggestions about places that I hadn't heard about.
He arrived on time. He was warm and friendly as well as supremely professional.
His car and his minibus are clean, comfortable and very well cared for.
He knows the area and it's history very well and imparts his knowledge clearly and without showmanship. This made for a peaceful, interesting and relaxing day out.
I can't recommend this service more highly. It was excellent in every way.
His charges are extremely reasonable and his tour sizes small - I think for 4 people, it was $45 per person.

I had a really bad experience with a shuttle bus from the Overland to a hotel for an overnight stay before getting on The Ghan the next morning. My father is 92 and although well, he is frail. There was nowhere for him to sit and he had to stand around for over 30 mins. I just couldn't face another such experience. I had booked this company before I left Melbourne having been impressed by their prompt and professional response to my initial enquiry via the net. I booked for a day trip to the Barossa. But first I had to get to The Ghan at 6am, go to Darwin, return to Adelaide and fill in 2 days before Overlanding it back to Melbourne!! I rang Jarrad at 9.30pm. He returned my call within 15 minutes and he agreed to collect us at 5.30am the next morning. He was there at 5.15, helped us with our luggage helped us book our luggage through. He just couldn't have been more helpful. He offered to collect us on our return from Darwin and I gladly accepted.
