I agree with the original reviewer. In my experience, they are quite accommodating but when the invoice says they vacuumed the car and they clearly have not you have to wonder what else written on the invoice was not actually performed. I was also surprised that my wheels were not rotated during a routine service.

This pharmacy is definitely the best pharmacy in Berwick. The service is great, staff friendly and opening hours are good. They stock a wide range of products in a nice and neat store layout. There is even a cafe in store in case you need a dose of coffee.

Chips and Salad are always really good. The chickens are always in high demand - they often can't cook them fast enough.

Friendly staff. It's hard to walk past this place on a nice day.

Great Souvlakis and burgers. Best fish I have had (special flake cooked in panko crumbs). Reasonable pricing. Friendly staff. Clean and well organised.

Overpriced. Save your hard earned $. Customer service staff are nice but a particular Pharmacist really destroys this place. Totally unethical, unprofessional, even dishonest. If you can't trust the word of a Pharmacist, that's clearly a very big problem.

They misleadingly and illegally advertise prices which they claim on the day ( you are required to pay cash ) are exclusive of GST. When I approached them with my concerns and to request a refund for the amount I was illegally overcharged they just say "Everyone does it" and to "go to the ACCC" knowing very well that it would cost more to do that than it is worth to you. They also misleadingly advertise that you can have any size truck you want. When you ask for the biggest they don't send their biggest.
