Its a good, convenient location, but this supermarket is always painful to shop at... its very busy and crowded almost all the time and with limited space inside the store. I'm not a big fan of Woolworth in general as they favour big business profits over customers, value, ethics and their suppliers.

It also really bothers me how at the end of a day instead of reducing baked good for sale, a lot of fresh bread is just thrown away in a big garbage bag... meanwhile there is almost always beggers at the entrances to the store!

I recommend supporting your local grocers, fruit markets and butcher!

As expected from a large cinema chain - the prices are high and the atmosphere is low. Sydney has much more interesting cinemas to visit other than this one - but for your butter-popcorn blockbuster flicks its sure to satisfy the itch.

The convenient city location and proximity to food, shopping & transport s all a positive and 'Xtreme screen' is highly recommended for spectacle films.

Approximate cost: $12-$22

'Bongkot' offers authentic traditional thai therapy in a surprisingly calm and atmospheric CBD location. Sydney city offer many massage centres but 'Bongkot' is highly rated ... and offers competitive online offers.

As a walk-in I was taken by the therapist Rita to a dim, air-conditioned upper level with quiet music masking the dull murmur of street traffic. Obviously a skilled and experienced professional, Rita treated problem areas of my body. Others may prefer asking for a softer touch massage but I went with 'hard' - Rita is strong and worked particularly on my shoulders.

'Bongkot' is the real-deal and you shouldn't be disappointed.

Approximate cost: $39-$59

Polly was my friendly, professional therapist. She had a gentle voice but a firm strength! She worked hard to ease problem tension areas and I was glad I felt comfortable to communicate with her during the session.. I even caught myself drooling with relaxation at one point!

Polly is highly recommended, but please note this shop has some less experienced staff. Also the small shop lacks the 'atmosphere' of bigger centres but is a convenient city location & offers online discount vouchers.

This centre was my first experience of Thai massage therapy and I was so impressed I've gone back many times.

The staff are very friendly and highly professional. If you communicate your problem pain areas they can specifically help you ease your pain... or just massage you to a state of amazing relaxation.. Also they provide the full range of massage therapy styles at competitive prices.
