I stumbled upon this site during a search for small spray bottles. This site is a webstore and recipe centre for people looking to make their own organise soap and skincare products. They have all the ingredients to make soaps (melt and pour or cold process), shampoos, conditioners, face wash and facial mists, lotions and butters, hair oil, body oil, lip balms AND SO MUCH MORE! There are also free recipes on the site as well as professional books. I have found the detailed information on the site most helpful in understanding the different oils and butters. Even if you have no intention of buying this site is a fantastic source of information. I have purchased 3 times from this site and was impressed each time. Products are reasonably priced. Communications are very quick and professional. Items are packaged well and always sent via registered post. This site is the real deal when it comes to quality product and professional service.

One of the leading webstores in Australia specialising in organic skincare and makeup. The product range is amazing and the prices are discounted from normal retail. There are free samples with every order. Shpping is fast and items are always well packed. Also love the customer reviews and the rewards system. Organic skincare products have made a huge difference to my life and I know Green Organics is a trusty retailer in this field.

This webstore specialises in Korean, Japanese and Chinese skincare and makeup products. Brands include Skinfood, Etude House, DHC, Shiseido, Skin79 and many many more. Products are on trend and very reasonablt priced. There is offer of free shipping over $60 and it is very fast. There are always lots of free samples included in every purchase which is good for discovering new brands or new product lines. I have purchased several times in the past month and can't fault them on anything.

Had a really good experience last year so put another order in last week. It arrived quickly enough but I decided to return the boots due to a poor fit, and that's when the headaches started.

First it was the courier not turning up on the nominated day. The customer service rep was helpful enough the first time I called, told me to drop off at my local Aust Post where it would be picked up at no cost to me. When I tried to do this Aust Post charged me and I had no choice but to pay because I thought arranging for another courier would be a dissapointment again.

When I called them again a different rep refused to reimburse me for the postage, quoting something like: the expense wasn't charged to their account so they can't send me any money. When I questioned this she backed down and offered a voucher, which I said wasn't fair because I don't want to buy from them again.

When I asked to be transfered to a manager she refused saying no one in the company can help me. Seemed to me more like no one in the company wanted to help me. I quickly realised I was fighting a loosing battle and gave up. Now I am waiting for the actual refund and god only knows how long that will take.

So a warning to everyone, it may look attractive having a 365 day free returns policy, but the actual process may be a nightmare you do not want to be a part of.

And if you ever have to deal with someone from their Customer Happiness Team, be prepared for someone who has had zero client service training and not interested in your happiness at all. The lack of professionalism and common curtesy was a real turn off.
