Absolutely appalling company to deal with.

We paid in full on the 1st of June 2020. We received part of our order. However, we were waiting for the Side Rails for 5 months!!
We called on a number of occasions enquiring about the status and expected delivery of the Side Rails, only to be told they are ‘on the way’. Due to the unreasonable amount of time taken, my husband attended the store on the 30/10/20 to request a refund for the outstanding items. On attending the store, surprisingly he was told that the Side Rails were in fact available! How amazing – he was told they had arrived just that day!!! But no called was placed to us.

Due to the poor service and time taken we requested a refund for the amount paid for those products. Requested the refund that same day and provided the account details via email.

No refund was processed. We had to follow this up again and email our account details again to issue a refund. Which finally was completed.

During the process of installing the rear bar that we had ordered, they cracked the right hand rear sensor cover. This was brought to their attention when the other items were installed on the vehicle. We requested that this be replaced immediately. We were told they had to order a new rear sensor cover, it would take a week, we called, still not in, had to wait for another week, and another week – and still nothing. No call promised. Such poor customer service! This issue still remains un fixed.

There are no words to describe how terrible and unprofessional this company is.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!
We will be taking this matter further, so many bad reviews all similar in nature.
