one very good gym in canberra, the only one i think that has boxing marterials, such as boxing bag speed bag etc. very good for cardio work outs. staff is very friend letting me have a free trial. thinking about getting memebership.

although i am only a vistor when i go here, as i cant affored a memebership yet, it is a very wonderfull gym, its very roomy yet has plenty of machines. doesnt get to crowded and is very cool inside during summer. the staff is very friend and help you train, machines are all very clean.

this vet is very great, she has been our pets vet ever since he was little, the onli reason we have stoped going to here is because we have moved further away and go to the local vet, but would be great to be with them still. always fixed al of our dogs problems.

this place is very nice, the food is small but so tasty, some nights they even have musicans play while you eat. very classy and set out great. the workers are all great no complaints at all. deffently would like to go back.

the doctors in this medical clinic are all great, very friendly and very expirenced. i had some trouble with my neck and dr shane collins fixd it with in a couple of visits. all the dr give great advice for you to be healthy.

if you need any audio equipment for your car this is the place to go! better then going to any big brand shop like jb hi fi etc., the workers know what they are doing and know all about audio, if you looking for something simple or something wild they can do it for you. they know the best of the best brands, never sell any dodgy brands, the prices are a bit high but they sure can make you a deal you can refuse. the workers are so nice and give you the best information.

this little shop in gungahlin is very helpfull, he does not charge much to alter and does it very quick, you tell him when you need it by and he does his best al usually has it done. the guy is very friendly, always take my jeans to him.

they specials in fixing electrical equipment such as tv, dvds, steros. they do a good job of fixing it, but they do take a while for it to b ready to pick up. they charge a fair bit just to look at it then again for repairs. a bit expencieve but good if you really like the machine, but good to look in to it first. might be cheaper to get a new one.

love everything from this store, espically the meat pies. all the bread is delicous, and will not send you broke. the workers are very friendly. very nice little store in kipax

not to sure where the owner is from, but the food is very nice and very cheap. have lots of vriety of food to choose from, its nice trying something diffrent every now and then, give it a go, the owners are very nice as well and will answer your questions.
