I would strongly recommend getting a quote from Smarter Outdoors. We had 3 Window Shutters installed.

They were able to do Estimate over email or call if you give them your dimentions which some company's refuse to do so.

There was No pressure sales tactics during the quote measure.

We found the quote to be very competitive in comparison to 4 other companies.

The only fault was the Web site said 10 day install garuntee. But was advised ny admi about the 3 week wait due to covid back log delays.

The Installers were fast and Clean.

But By Far the constant communication and professionalism from Jonine was what encouraged us to choose Smarter Outdoors

Smarter Outdoors are excellent. I already had shutters at the front from OZShut, but needed some for the back, so was shopping around. I visited Smarter Outdoors' new premises in Wangara (impressive) and took my dimensions of the windows. They gave me a quote straight away, which was very competitive, and no sales pressure at all.
They offered me remote control for the shutters and wifi and the ability to control all shutters from one button (which has turned out to be so great). I can now open or close the shutters from anywhere in the world!
I ordered 5 shutters, they made the rollers in a few weeks, texted me an install date upfront and they turned up as promised and on-time, with a heads-up call 30 mins before arrival.
Installation only took about 1.5 to 2hrs for all 5 and they were curteous and very neat, cleaned up after with no mess. Install quality was really good.
The shutters are a lot quieter than the OzShut ones too, I wish I had found these guys when I did the front ones!!
Very impressed with Smarter Outdoors, highly recommended.
