More than 2 hours and 30 minutes wait for an appointment made 2 weeks ago IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! 3 receptionists who don’t have decency to ring booked appointments to let patients know of delay. Had to leave work 2 hours under time to get to my appointment at 4pm, now 6:30pm and am STILL WAITING!!! Time to look for another GP.

Poor services, receptionist keep put you on hold so that phone stop ringing. I cant make a simple appointment because on website you cant make appointment for specialist so the only way i can book appointment is over the phone. This kind of irresponsible behaviour from receptionist should be addressed. I was waiting for one hour and still she pick up next call and put you on-hold.. its morning 11.26 Am Saturday 1jan 2022 , dont know who is at reception right now but she should stop this behaviour so patients can at least talk to the medical centre. Really dissappointed.

It’s very convenient to go to this clinic HOWEVER, waiting time is ATROCIOUS. Even with an appointment, I have to wait 2 hours JUST FOR TELECONSULT. Now, I can’t even have a nap just waiting for doctor to ring. A waste of my afternoon.

Ms Rosemary Ann (the JP ) impressed me the other day. I had a difficult time to get a JP in Harris Park. I went to the community centre then to Australia Post and also to Paul's Pharmacy but none could certify my documents. In appreciation of her service, I would highly recommend Priority Medical centre on tuesdays & wednesdays to avail of her service.

It's really busy medical centre, the staff was ok, the service was ok. The medical centre is open for long hours. The bulkbilling is also available. There are some specialist like paediatrician, psychiatric, nutritionist also visit there

The service is really amazing. The staff is friendly and co-operative. Specially with children they ask at the time of checking on reception about the temperature. However, waiting period is really long.
