Recently, I have received a wonderful and pleasant service from Christopher Murdoch at Murdoch Security Services.

After careful consideration and little research on security systems I decided to go with Chris. My decision was not totally based on price of system but in fact I also considered his honesty, workmanship and can-do approach. The price of whole system was little less than one of the other quotes but it had all the parts that I asked for. Whereas others were trying to sell parts with no part-number and proper description. He provided me everything that I asked for and explained me all the technical side of the product. He took his time to install the system and was not in hurry at all. As a professional, I really loved his work. I hope he will continue to provide similar service in the future.

Though decision is yours but be careful when you see lower prices on systems. Please do check the product numbers, description, and its features.

After sending off to receive a series of quotes, Chris at Murdoch Security was the first one to get back to me; within about 5 minutes as well. Talk about fast! Him and I had instantly organised a quotation meeting the next day. After talking to him and letting him know what my concerns were, I was given the compete lowdown on the products he recommend for my house. It completely superseded my knowledge of what I thought a security system was all capable of. When it came to installation Chris was very polite, efficient and skilled. With the product know how and guarantees, he has left me in a safe state of mind. I have and will be recommending him to others when on the topic of home security. A+ all over.

The price for the alarm system was expensive compare to other that was offered to my friend and it only have 5 yrs guarantee while my friends have lifetime. However, the service was good overall.
