With a broken wrist, i entered the store. Immediately a team member offered to help and she proceeded to push my trolley and take to me to the items i needed and also grabbed the items from the shelf and placed in the trolley for me. Unbelieveable service was recieved, and the staff member actually WANTED to help..and did not make me feel like i was a burden and this was just her job!

Had the best service from Masters they also made a mistake mixing a paint colour for me ended up with replacement paint plus the old paint to use on our renovation at no extra charge..... Very happy with out come : )
