Never been so mortified or embarrassed in my whole life. Was walking past a counter that was opening and went up to put my items on the counter and a check out lady said in a loud voice "I asked the people behind you to come" I didn't hear her say that to them - I did hear her say isle 3 was opening but not to anyone in-particular as there were a few people standing around. I always let people in front if they have a few items - that is the type of person I am. And I was walking past so I just figured she was opening for anyone to come. To top it of the people who were told to go there pushed in front of me in the isle I was originally going to so that is why I kept walking! - and then saw that isle open up. Never in my 30 years have I been so embarrassed, half the store turned to look at me. I didn't know what to do I was in so much shock. I just walked away in shock. I had to maneuver my trolly from the front back down the line of people whilst I was in shock/embarrassed. I won't be going to Coles anymore.

the store is very nice well set out easy to move around. I find the staff very friendly helpful the store is very clean. we went in yesterday to by rump at 7.99 and the butcher was happy to cut the meat how we wanted it. at the same time time the butcher was busy but said if you like to keep shopping when I will come to you. this is service keep it up. l

one of the best places to shop for food. always has the lowest prices. everything you need in 1 place

I love my Coles. I know exactly where everything is that i buy and need. They have big aisles and good trolleys. Staff have always been helpful and getting your money back is never a problem if you are not happy.
