This place does a good breakfast, but I come here for the smells
Who can go past freshly baked bread in the morning. It's a wonderful smell and really wakes you up
Actually, this one's now the 'smaller' brother of the main establishment. This one does lunch burger specials for $10 and they are really really good. Think beef and pork patty with a nice slice of melted cheese roasted over authentic Serbian charcoal.
Don't ask me what's so authentic about charcoal or how it's different, but it says it on the menu.
Wanted to try this one as I'm comparing ba mi around this area.
They didn't disappoint. Lots of nice pate and their roast pork is on par. Not saying they're the best, but they're pretty close to the top.
People are very authentic and they didn't disappoint
Love this little hole in the wall. And hole in the wall it pretty much is. It's just a small opening on the corner of part of a building. But their food is good. Prices are on the higher end, but good food makes up for it
Very much like their other shop, this one definitely delivers
And the people that work here actually want to work here. They welcome customers with smiles and offers of nibbles.
They had some awesome coffee and I just wanted to stay and have the baklava they were serving.
Still good, still good, still good.
It's nice and fresh and just good food done simply.
This is definitely somewhere I'll be back time and again
Why hasn't this one been reviewed sooner!!! This place is good and good value. $10 for a pho is good value. Their bahn mi are a little bit pricier than some, but for a city establishment it is quite competitive. And tasty too
Came here again and had their lunch special. Italian meatballs and a glass of wine for $19. That's pretty good, especially in the upmarket Peel Street.
We accidentally spilled one of our wines, and they replaced no questions asked. Now that's good service
I love this place. The peace and serenity you get from the temple is amazing and the views are breathtaking.
It's strictly not a cafe in the traditional sense, but their website lists their 'dining' as a cafe.
It's more of a soup kitchen for the public where they invite you to join them for their vegetarian lunch. Costs nothing, but you are also invited to provide a donation to their cause.
It's a brand new establishment in a brand new building, what's not to like about it?
The place is funky vibrant with the modern take on a cafe.
Awesome
